Fasting is a practice that is very important. With a fast escape from various seduction orgasm of the world and regardless of the punishment in the hereafter. Fasting is obligatory and already there is a Sunnah. Once we fulfill that obligation then how good we can be perfected with practice sunnah. Know that fasting will eventually cover the shortfall to the obligatory fast. Therefore sunnah should have done.
Fasting days are Monday and Thursday, including the practice of sunnah which the Prophet did a lot of priorities in it as supererogatory fasts others in particular Monday is the day in which the Prophet was born and revelation was revealed to him, and also that the day Monday and Thursday is the day on which the practice of a servant in the lift.
Evidence Fasting Monday Thursday.
In 'Aisha radi' anha that the Prophet s.aw he said,
أحب الأعمال إلى الله تعالى أدومها وإن قل
'The practice of the most beloved of Allah Ta'ala is the practice continued, despite the slight.' She was while doing a practice often hard to merutinkannya desire.
From 'A'isha, he said that the Messenger of Allah asked about the practice of what is most loved by Allah. S.a.w Messenger said:
أدومه وإن قل
'The practice of routine in the slightest.'
'Alqomah ever ask Mother of the Believers' Aisha, 'O Mother of the Believers do what the Prophet? Is he specializes certain days to do? ''She said:
لا. كان عمله ديمة وأيكم يستطيع ما كان رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يستطيع
'Not. Her practice is constant practice (routinely performed). Anyone among you will be able to do that he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did. '
From Abu Hurairah, the Prophet s.a.w said:
كل عمل ابن آدم يضاعف الحسنة عشر أمثالها إلى سبعمائة ضعف قال الله عز وجل إلا
الصوم فإنه لى وأنا أجزى به يدع شهوته وطعامه من أجلى للصائم فرحتان فرحة عند فطره وفرحة عند لقاء ربه. ولخلوف فيه أطيب عند الله من ريح المسك
'All good deeds done by humans will be stepped up with ten good deeds to seven hundred a semisal fold. Allah Ta'ala says (which means), 'Except for fasting. The practice of fasting is for Me. 'm Gonna reciprocate. As he was leaving because of me orgasm and food. For those who are fasting will get double the happiness of happiness when he was breaking and happiness while meeting with his Lord. It's the smell of the mouth of a fasting more fragrant in the sight of Allah than the smell of musk. ''(Narrated by Muslim no. 1151)
In another narration it is said,
قال الله كل عمل ابن آدم له إلا الصيام, فإنه لى
'Allah Ta'ala says (which means):' Every human practice is for him except fasting. The practice of fasting is for Me. '(Narrated by Bukhari no. 1904)
In the narration Ahmad said,
قال الله عز وجل كل العمل كفارة إلا الصوم والصوم لى وأنا أجزى به
'Allah the Almighty says (which means),' Every practice is as kifarah / hostages except fasting. The practice of fasting is for Me. I own that will reward '.' (Narrated by Ahmad. Shoaib Shaikh Al Arnauth say that this hadeeth saheeh sanad Muslim suitable conditions)
From Abu Qotadah Al Anshori radi 'anhu, the Prophet was asked about fasting on Monday, thus he said:
ذاك يوم ولدت فيه ويوم بعثت أو أنزل على فيه
'That day was the day I was born the day I sent or be sent down a revelation to me.'
From Abu Hurairah radi 'anhu, the Prophet said:
تعرض الأعمال يوم الاثنين والخميس فأحب أن يعرض عملى وأنا صائم
'A variety of practices presented (to Allah) on Monday and Thursday, and I wish that my deeds be presented while I am fasting.'
From 'A'isha, he said,
إن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - كان يتحرى صيام الاثنين والخميس.
'The Messenger of normal put option to fast on Monday and Thursday.'
